ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1 Attach the Front Stabilizers (2) to the Main Frame (1) using 2 sets of Domed Nuts (5), Washers (6) and Bolts (4). Slide the Rear Stabilizer (7) into the Main Frame (1), making sure the open side of the bracket is facing up, as shown, then fix with.2pcs M8x30mm Bolt (31), 2 pcs M8x15mm Bolt (8) and 4 pcs Washers(9). STEP 2 Take the Front Post (10) and join the Upper Computer Wire (Female) (12) with Lower Computer Wire (11).
STEP 4 Insert the Seat Post (16) into the frame and line up the holes. Secure the seat in position with the Adjustment Knob (17). The correct height for the seat can be adjusted after the bike is fully assembled. STEP 5 Turn the Handlebar Locking Knob (26) fully anti-clockwise then pass the Handlebar (23) through until the center is in line with the Locking Knob and the Handlebar are in an upright position, turn the Locking Knob clockwise.
STEP 6 The Pedals (28&29) are marked "L" and "R". Left and Right. Connect them to their appropriate Crank Arm (27). The right crank arm is on the right hand side of the cycle as you sit on it. Note that the right pedal should be threaded on clockwise and the left pedal on anti-clockwise. STEP 7 Pulse the Upper Computer Wire (12) to the Computer (31), then Slide the Computer (31) down to the Computer Holder (20) situated at the top of the Front Post (10).
EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS Using your MAGNETIC EXERCISE BIKE will provide you with several benefits. It will improve your physical fitness, tone your muscles and, in conjunction with a calorie-controlled diet, help you lose weight. 1.The Warm-Up Phase This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working properly. It will also reduce the risk of cramp and muscle injury. It is advisable to do a few stretching exercises as shown below.
MUSCLE TONING To tone muscle while on your MAGNETIC EXERCISE BIKE you will need to have the resistance set quite high. This will put more strain on your leg muscles and may mean you cannot train for as long as you would like. If you are also trying to improve your fitness you may need to alter your training program. You should train as normal during the warm-up and cool-down phases, but towards the end of the exercise phase you should increase the resistance making your legs work harder.
EXERCISE COMPUTER FUNCTION BUTTON MODE 1. PRESS "MODE" TO SELECT EACH FUNCTION DISPLAY ON THE MAIN SCREEN AND THE SAME ONE BLINKING ON THE BOTTOM FIELD. 2. PRESS "MODE" AND HOLD ON FOR 2 SECONDS TO RESET ALL FUNCTION FIGURES. FUNCTIONS SCAN AUTOMATICALLY SCAN THROUGH EACH MODE IN SEQUENCE EVERY 6 SECONDS. THE DISPLAY LOOP IS SCAN TIME SPEED DISTANCE CALORIE PULSE SCAN ON THE MAIN SCREEN. SPEED DISPLAYS CURRENT TRAINING SPEED, THE MAXIMUM IS 99.9KM/ML.
