ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1 Attach the two stabilizers (47) & (19) to the main frame (27) using four sets of M8 Domed nuts (26), Ø8 Flat washers (25) and M8 X 70 Allen bolts (20). STEP 2 Take the Front Post (52) and join the Upper cable wire (49) with Lower cable wire (36). Slide the Front Post (pt.52) into the Front Post Housing, and then fix with six sets of Ø8 Flat washer (pt.37) and M8*20 Screw (pt.38).
STEP 3 Attach the handlebar (pt.62) to the Front post (pt.52) using four sets of Ø8 Flat washers (25) and M8*20 Screw (pt.38). STEP 4 Connect the Upper cable wire (pt.49) to the computer wire (pt. 58), and slide the computer down to the Computer bracket situated at the top of the Front post (pt.52). Then fix with two Computer screw (pt.57). Plug the Pulse sensor wire (pt. 54) into the computer cable box at the back of the computer (pt. 58). STEP 5 Attach the Seat (pt. 4) to the Seat post (pt. 10).
NOTICE! This line is for STOP position. STEP 6 Attach the Seat post (pt.10) to the Main frame (pt.27) using Adjustable knob (pt.33). STEP 7 Attach the Pedals (pt.14L&14R) by screwing them into the corresponding crank arm. Note that the Right pedal should be threaded on clockwise and the Left pedal on anti-clockwise. Please plug the Adaptor (pt.63) into the socket situated in the rear of the chain cover.
EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS Using your PROGRAMMABLE MAGNETIC BIKE will provide you with several benefits. It will improve your physical fitness, tone your muscles and, in conjunction with a calorie-controlled diet, help you lose weight. 1.The Warm Up Phase This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working properly. It will also reduce the risk of cramp and muscle injury. It is advisable to do a few stretching exercises as shown below.
EXERCISE COMPUTER Power Up When turned on, the monitor will emit a long beep sounds and all LCD displays light up. After that it will enter to MANUAL PROGRAM. There are 6 basic workout modes: MANUAL 、PRESET PROGRAM、BODYFAT PROGRAM、T.H.R PROGRAM、HRC PROGRAM、 USER PROGRAM Note: The monitor will sleep when no signal inputs for four minutes. Then pedal or press any key to wake-up the monitor. Pause Workout can be paused by pressing ST/SP key. Workout will resume when ST/SP key is pressed again.
WORKOUT PARAMETERS: After selecting desired workout mode,you may pre-set several workout parameters for desired results. PRESET PROGRAM There are 12 preset programs.. Setting parameters for PRESET PROGRAM Select one PRESET PROGRAM by UP or DOWN key, then press ENTER key ,and select the function values of time、distance、calories、age etc to set, when select the function value, it will flash and press UP or DOWN key to adjust, then press ENTER key to confirm the setting value, at the same time enter to the next parameter to set. After finishing the setting, user can press ST/SP to start workout.
