Using the Conference Phone To place a call: To end a call: To answer a call: To adjust the speaker volume: To use Flash features: To mute: To store a phone number: Press the On/Off button to turn the unit on. Dial the phone number. Press the On/Off button to hang up and to turn the unit off. Press the On/Off button when the phone rings. Press the Volume Up/Volume Down buttons (VOL.+/VOL.-) to increase or decrease the volume level. LCD screen will change to indicate volume level.
