Method 2: Open the mobile APP → enter the camera settings → select "system settings" → click
"restore factory settings"
3.2 Method A: When your PC and camera are in the same local area network (usually means they
are connected to the same router), you can reset the camera password on the "SearchTool".
Step 1. Open "SearchTool" on the PC.
Step 2. Click "Refresh" to search the camera IP, then select the IP address and click "Next".
Step 3. Click "Reset Password" to reset the camera password to the default password.
Tip: The
default password of the camera is admin.
