5 Declaration of Conformity

We declare on our sole responsibility that this

equipment complies with the essential requirements of the

Radio and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment

Directive, 1999/5/EC, and that any applicable Essential

Test Suite measurements have been performed.

CE versions of the BG500 which

display the CE symbol on the product label, comply with

the essential requirements of the European Radio and

Telecommunication Terminal Directive 1999/5/CE.

1.CAUTION : RISK OF EXPLOSION IF BATTERY IS REPLACED

BY AN INCORRECT TYPE. DISPOSE OF USED BATTERIES

ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS.

2.Adapter shall be installed near the equipment and shall be

easily accessible.

3. In oder to meet RF exposure,the product should be used at least

20cm apart from user body.
