This is where you set the ball lock location for where you want to run your part(s) and
also where you set your part zero locations relative to the ball lock location.
Part/Fixture Management
Part – displays the number of parts in your program. If you are running a master
program, you can have up to 4 parts in 4 columns. Single programs will only display a
single program and column.
P/N – program or part number of the individual part
Fixture Location – the ball lock location for where you have placed your part.
Fixture Number – the number of the fixture you are placing at this location. This may be
handy if you have multiple fixtures for the same part or operation.
X, Y and Z Offsets – the X and Y offsets are the offsets from the center of the ball lock
location to your part zero. The Z offset is a measurement from the top of the table to the
Z zero on your part. The small DRO in the lower left hand corner displays the distance
you are away from the ball lock location you are working on. The DRO will change
depending on which ball location you have chosen for each part. To measure the Z
offset, call up any known tool and touch it to the Z zero on your part. Enter the Z value
