TRAK LPM Programming, Safety, & Operating Manual
A keyboard is necessary to enter text into the notes section.
TAB moves you from one section to the next. You may want each section to have the
same kind of information from program to program.
NEXT it moves you through the four pages of notes available.
NEXT PROG moves you through the notes you may have for each part in a master
program. Just like pictures you can have up to 5 notes sections if you are running a
master program with 4 parts.
Notes are saved within the program so if you add additional notes you must save the
program.
11.1.3 GO TO
GO TO allows the user to move the machine directly over the top of any of your ball lock
locations.
When a ball lock location is chosen and GO is pressed, the machine will move the X and
Y axis directly over the ball lock location and the Z axis will move to the tool change
height. The machine will move at rapid speed. When complete, the DRO will read 0 for
the X and Y axis and correspond to the ball lock location you have chosen.
11.1.4 Z SAFETY
The Z SAFETY sets a safety plane for the tool to move to when moving between fixtures
or part shifts.
The value entered is measured from the top of the table. If no value is entered, the Z
safety defaults to the tool change height. You must enter a Z safety value each time a
program is opened. The Z safety is not saved with your program.
