TRAK LPM Programming, Safety, & Operating Manual
minus sign from a Z End dimension, the system would give you an error message that the
Z End should not be higher than the Z Rapid.
The displayed graphic is automatically sized to fit the screen. The path shown on the
screen represents the center of the tool.
Position and drill events are drawn in yellow.
Rapid moves are in red.
Programmed geometry is in blue.
The white rectangular box that is shown on the screen represents the travel limits for the
machine. If your part is shown outside of the extents, the program will not be able to run.
The software will warn you when this happens.
Within the box you will also see letters A, B and C. These correspond to the ball lock
locations found on your table.
In the upper right hand corner of the screen you will see a time displayed in one of the
boxes. This is the run time estimate for the part you programmed. It represents the total
time necessary to run the program from start to finish. When you make modifications to
your program, you must press the TOOL PATH button so the control can update the time
necessary to run the part. This value will then be displayed in run mode when running.
