Axis Option
The 4
th
axis option can be retro-fitted onto your ProtoTRAK LPM machine at any time
after its initial purchase. Once the option is purchased and physically installed, you can
activate it on your software screen by following the instructions below:
From the main MODE screen, go to:

You will enter a screen that should look like the one above. If the 4th Axis Option is not
yet activated, when you press the INSTALL button, you will get the chance to do so.
Simply call at the number provided on the screen, and give your unique Hardware Key
Serial Number. You will then be given an activation password, which will enable the 4
th
axis option to be used from then on.
You may need to go to service code 509 to select the type of 4
th
axis unit you have. This
only needs to be done 1 time.
To turn the 4
th
axis option on, press the follow buttons:
