Sie haben ein Gerät erworben, das eine völlig neue Konzeption anbietet: • • • In einigen Programmen können Sie in zwei verschiedenen Stufen große und kleine Mengen Brot herstellen. Der Brotbackautomat bietet 12 fest installierte Programme mit insgesamt 50 verschiedenen Einstellungsmöglichkeiten an.

Erläuterungen zum Bedienfeld Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine vorschriftsmäßig installierte Schutzkontaktsteckdose 230 V, 50 Hz. 1. DISPLAY NORMAL EINSTELLUNG Mit dieser Anzeige wird die Betriebsbereitschaft signalisiert. Sie entspricht dem Normalprogramm. Es erscheint im Display “1 3:00”. Die “1” sagt aus, in welchem Programm Sie sich befinden, “3:00” weist auf die Programmdauer hin. Die Positionen zweier Pfeile geben Auskunft über den gewählten Bräunungsgrad und das Gewicht.
Die Funktionen des Brotbackautomaten Summer- Funktion Der Summer ertönt • beim Drücken aller Programmtasten • während des zweiten Knetvorgangs in den Programmen NORMAL, VOLLKORN, SCHNELL, ULTRA SCHNELL, KUCHEN und SANDWICH, um darauf hinzuweisen, dass jetzt Körner, Früchte, Nüsse oder andere Zugaben hinzugefügt werden können • beim Erreichen des Programmendes Während der Warmhaltephase nach Ende des Backvorgangs ertönt öfter der Signalton.
Aufheizen des Gerätes beim Aufgehen des Teigs * Die Heizung schaltet sich nur bei einer Raumtemperatur von weniger als ca. 25°C ein, bei einer Raumtemperatur von über 25°C haben die Zutaten bereits die richtige Temperatur, ein Vorheizen ist nicht erforderlich. Für das erste und zweite Aufgehen ist eine Raumtemperatur von über 25°C ebenfalls ausreichend zum Aufgehen des Teiges ohne zusätzliche Heizung. ** Die Heizung schaltet sich nur bei einer Raumtemperatur von weniger als ca.
• Wann kann man den Deckel des Brotbackautomaten während des Backvorgangs öffnen? Grundsätzlich ist dies immer dann möglich, wenn der Knetvorgang läuft. In dieser Zeit kann man nötigenfalls noch geringe Mengen Mehl oder Flüssigkeit ergänzen. Soll das Brot nach dem Backen ein bestimmtes Aussehen haben, gehen Sie wie folgt vor: Öffnen Sie vor dem letzten Aufgehen (Im Display muss, je nach Programm, die Zeit noch ca. 1:30 Std. betragen) vorsichtig und kurz den Deckel und ritzen Sie z.B.

Behebung der Fehlerpunkte a) Messen Sie die Zutaten korrekt ab. b) Passen Sie die Zutatenmenge entsprechend an und prüfen Sie, ob eine Zutat vergessen wurde. c) Nehmen Sie eine andere Flüssigkeit oder lassen Sie diese auf Raumtemperatur abkühlen. Fügen Sie die Zutaten in der im Rezept genannten Reihenfolge zu. Drücken Sie ein kleines Loch in die Mitte und geben Sie dort die zerbröckelte Hefe oder die Trockenhefe hinein. Vermeiden Sie den direkten Kontakt von Hefe und Flüssigkeit.
• Rein Lecithin-Pulver ist ein natürlicher Emulgaor, der das Backvolumen steigert, die Krume zarter und weicher macht, und die Frischhaltung verlängert. 2. Anpassen der Zutaten Sofern Sie die Zutaten erhöhen oder vermindern, beachten Sie, dass die Mengenverhältnisse dem Originalrezept entsprechen müssen.
6. Backergebnisse • • • Das Backergebnis hängt insbesondere von den Umständen vor Ort ab (weiches Wasser - hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit - große Höhe - Beschaffenheit der Zutaten etc.). Deshalb sind die Rezeptangaben Anhaltspunkte, die man eventuell anpassen muss. Wenn das eine oder andere Rezept nicht auf Anhieb gelingt, verlieren Sie nicht den Mut, sondern versuchen Sie die Ursache herauszufinden und probieren Sie z.B. andere Mengenverhältnisse.

Description of the Control Panel Insert the plug into a properly installed 230V/50Hz protective contact socket. 1. DISPLAY NORMAL SETTING This displays signals when the appliance is ready for use. It corresponds to the normal program. “1 3:00” appears on the display. The “1” specifies which program has been chosen and the “3:00” is the length of the program. The positions of two arrows provide information on the selected browning level and the weight.

Megjegyzések a receptekhez 1.
