degree (for example: shirts, night pajamas; slightly besmirched, pure white flax (for example:
underwear).

Select the washing program and temperature according to the fabrics and soiling degree. Generally
applies: as higher the temperature setting, as higher the energy consumption.
Capacity
Do not overload the washing machine; otherwise the laundry will not get clean.
The ’table of washing cycles‘ shows the capacities.
Start up the Washing Machine
- Connect the power.
- Check if water pipes are connected properly. Open the tap completely.
- Open the door, and put the clothes into the drum one by one.
- Close the door, and fill suitable amount of detergent and fabric softener into dispenser.
Close the drawer.
- Select a washing programme you need by turning the knob (1).
- Select the temperature by turning the ‘Temperature knob’ (2).
- Then press the spin button (3) to select the desired spin speed level.
Select and set the spin speed level:
WA 5712: 0spin stop-400-600-800-1.000-1.200 rpm
WA 5714: 0spin stop-400-600-800-1.000-1.200-1.400 rpm
In 0spin stop setting the machine does not spin.
The higher the revolutions, the drier you are washing, but also more noise.
Please note: Protect your washing with lower spinning revolutions.
- If necessary select an option:
rinse+, no rinse, pre-wash, soak
Please note: The additional options are not available for each washing programme.
- Press ’Start/Pause‘ button (6) to start the washing machine.
Change the washing programme
It is possible to stop the wash cycle by pressing the Start/Pause button. The machine will go to
standby mode. If there is a need to change the programme, the knob No. 1 must be turned to OFF
position before selecting new programme. After select a new programme press the 'Start/Pause'- but-
ton (6) to start.
By pressing the 'Start/Pause'- button (6) you can stop the washing machine. The machine will go to
standby mode. To start the program this button must pressing again.
Door Lock
When the machine is started, the door lock is locked though you press the 'Start/Pause' button.
Turn the programme knob (1) to position off and the door lock is unlocked in few minutes.
- When the temperature inside the drum is above 50°C, the door lock is locked.
- When the water is above a certain level, the door lock is locked.
ATTENTION:
Do not try to open the door when the washing cycle is not finished or power supply is cut off during the
washing cycle, because the temperature may be high and you may be scalded.
End of Washing
When washing cycle is finished the machine will change to a standby status and the power will be off.
Before opening the door always check that the water has been drained. The door lock will deactivated
and the LED is off.
