Press the Start/Pause button.

The machine takes and dis-

charge water continuously.

The end of the drain hose is too low. Note that the minimum height is 60cm

and maximum is 90cm.

The door does not open.

Ensure that the red led light turns off.

Make sure that the machine is not in soak or rinse holds state.

Push the door from the handle side and at the same time attempt to open.

There is water on the floor.

Make sure the inlet and drain hoses are intact and not leak.

The detergent could not be suitable or in excess.

The machine takes water con-

tinuously even when standing

still.

Reduce the water inlet pressure.

The machine noticeably vibrates

Ensure that the transportation screws have been removed during installa-

tion.

Check the drain filter. Make sure the drain hose is not squashed and the

machine drains well.

Make sure that the laundry is not amassed or knotted and that the spin

speed is adequate for the laundry load. Note that for an uneven laundry

load and less than half the nominal load capacity set the spin speed to 400

rpm

Error Codes on display

The machine turns on but does not start. Make sure the door is well closed.

The machine does not take water.

Make sure there is water supply.

Make sure the water tap is open.

Make sure the water inlet hose is not squashed.

Make the water electro-valve filter is not clogged

Faulty heating element. Contact a local authorized service centre.

The machine does not empty, does not spin.

Verify the drain pump filter.

Make sure the rinse hold special function

is enabled.

Make sure that the drain hose is not squashed

and the internal diameter of the drainage is larg-

er the of the drain hose.
