Slide Suspension
Lubricate the following parts at grease
fittings until
grease appears at joints. Use
low temperature grease only.
Front upper cross shaft.
Front lower cross shaft.
Rear cross shaft.
Chaincase Oil Level
Using the spark plug socket, remove the
filler
cap then using a rigid wire as a "dip-
stick" check oil level. The oil level on the
"dipstick" should be 50-65 mm (2" to
2 1/2"). Refill as required using Bombar-
dier chaincase oil
(P/N 413 8019 00-
200 ml).

NOTE: The chaincase oil capacity
is approximately 200 ml (7 oz).
Oil Injection System
Always maintain a sufficient amount of
Bombardier Snowmobile Injection
Oil in
the injection oil tank.

T every time you refuel. Do not over-
fill.
