Instructions / Assembly

IMPORTANT:
This material is called Low Density Polyethylene
LPDE type “A” resinol. It is a non-hazardous, very
flexible, extremely tough and non porous plastic, so
paint (after buildup) will peal off quite easily.
However, DO NOT let stencils soak in thinners.
No thinner is required to maintain this product.
Also, when cleaning, try not to scratch the surface.
This will give paint something to hold on to.
UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS:
After receiving this package, please follow these
instructions. We ship all our stencils rolled up in
boxes to save you shipping costs. However,
because this material is so soft and flexible it will
tend to stay curled up for a while after riding in a
box for a few days. Some very easy hints to
prepare your stencils prior to use would be:
1. Unpack all stencils as soon as you receive this
package.
2. For quickest results just lay the stencils
curve/face down on a hard surface in the sun
for a couple of hours. This generally will warm
the plastic up and allow it to go to its original
shape.
3. After use, please store these stencils flat and face
down for easy use next time around.
STORAGE:
For best results, keep the stencil sheets stored flat
and face down at normal room temperature. If you
have to use stencils in cold weather (50 degrees or
colder), be very careful handling plastic. The
colder it gets, the more brittle and stiff the
plastic becomes.
