THROTTLE BODY

INSTALLATION MANUAL

MATERIALS REQUIRED

None

Loosen up the air intake tube clamp.

Remove the screws securing the solenoid

assembly.

Remove the air box cover screws and

then remove the cover.

Unplug the air temperature sensor and

remove intake short tube.

Remove the screws securing air filter box

to the body.

Disconnect the solenoid hose.

Disconnect the vent hose and remove the

air box.

Disconnect electrical plugs and vacuum

hose.

Remove screws holding throttle cable

bracket.

Remove throttle cable.

Loosen up hose clamp and remove air

supply hose.

TOOLS REQUIRED

M 8 socket wrench

M6 Allen wrench

Flat Screwdriver

M10 socket wrench

M13 socket wrench

Remove throttle body screws. Remove

throttle body and adaptor.

Remove throttle position sensor and idle

motor assembly.

Loosen up hose clamp and remove air supply hose. 4 8 Remove screws holding throttle cable bracket. Remove throttle body screws. Remove throttle body and adaptor. 12 10 9 Remove throttle cable. Remove the screws securing air filter box to the body. Disconnect electrical plugs and vacuum hose. 7 6 5 Disconnect the solenoid hose.

Install and secure the air filter box. 16 Install throttle body with provided screws. 15 14 Mount throttle body adaptor to the intake manifold with provided screws. Before installing adaptor make sure that all sealing O-rings are seated properly in their grooves. 19 Connect air supply hose and secure it with clamp. Connect electrical plugs. 18 13 17 Install throttle position sensor and idle motor assembly on Boomba throttle body. Install the box cover.
