LIMITED WARRANTY
BORGESON warrants all street rod products against defects in factory workmanship and materials. This warranty applies
to the rst retail purchaser and covers only those products exposed to normal use and service.
This warranty does not apply to a BORGESON product, which has been used in a manner different than the product was
designed to perform or which has been altered in any way that would be detrimental to the performance or life of the product,
or misapplication, misuse, negligence or accident. Any products used in competition are not covered by this warranty.
BORGESON, at its discretion, will repair or replace the defective merchandise after examination by BORGESON.
BORGESON assumes no responsibility for diagnosis, removal and/or installation labor, loss of vehicle
use, loss of time, inconvenience or any other consequential expense.
The warranties herein are in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranties, including any in lieu warranty of merchantability
or tness, and any other obligation on the part of BORGESON or selling dealer. (NOTE: This is a “Limited Warranty: as
dened by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975.)
BORGESON, whose policy is one of continuous improvement, reserves the right to discontinue, change specications,
models, or prices of non-proprietary items without notice.
