All warranties should be sent to manufacturer directly, please complete the bottom portion and mail it WITH A COPY OF
YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE for validation of warranty.
NOTE: A copy of your invoice and a return authorization number must accompany all returns. You may obtain your return

BORGESON will repair or replace, at our option, any steering gear found to be defective in either material or workmanship for
3 full years from purchase date. Any steering gear that has been abused, altered, or incorrectly installed is not covered under
this warranty. Any steering gear used in competition is excluded from this warranty. The sole remedy of BORGESON shall be
repair or replacement, no monetary refund will be granted. This limited warranty applies to any BORGESON steering gear,
which, after careful inspection by BORGESON, is found to be defective in materials or workmanship.
BORGESON will not be liable for personal or property damage caused by misuse of any product we sell. THE WARRANTY HEREIN
CONTAINED IS MADE EXPRESSLY IN LEIU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED
. BORGESON
DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE STEERING GEAR OR THEIR COMPONENTS ARE MERCHANTABLE OR FIT ANY PARTICULAR
PURPOSE EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN. THE LIABILITY OF
BORGESON IS LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT
OF THE STEERING GEAR OR COMPONENT WHICH DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE WARRANTY HEREUNDER.
