You will not be able to use your phone while the system is communicating with the central monitoring station. In the unlikely event that the central station is not able to receive the report, your phone may be unavailable for up to 20 minutes while the panel makes additional communication attempts.

Arm To turn on your controlled points (burglar detection devices). When an area is armed and a controlled point trips, an alarm occurs or entry delay begins. When an area is disarmed, faulting controlled points does not generate alarms.

A test schedule and maintenance program can be arranged. If you notice a change in operation during normal use or testing, call for service as soon as possible.
