Before bolting the outdoor unit in place, you must install the drain joint at the bottom of the unit. Note that there are two different types of drain joints depending on the type of outdoor unit.

DO NOT exceed the maximum allowable quantity of refrigerant or overcharge the system. Doing so can damage the unit or impact its functionality. Charging with unsuitable substances may cause explosions or accidents.

After installation, confirm that all electrical wiring is installed in accordance with local and national codes / regulations, and according to the Installation Manual. All testing must be performed by a licensed electrician.

Confirm the following points before performing the test: Indoor and outdoor units are properly installed. Piping and wiring are properly connected. No obstacles near the inlet and outlet of the unit that might cause poor performance or product malfunction.

Press the "check switch" on the outdoor unit PCB board for 5 seconds until the LED displays "CE”, indicating that this function is working.
