Note:
Cooking tips
¡ Use a 4–5cm deep microwave-safe, heat-resistant dish for bakes and potato gratins.
¡ Leave bakes and gratins to cook in the oven for a further fiveminutes after the oven has been switched off.
¡ Toast the slices of bread first.
¡ Place the bakes on the lower wire rack.
