Easy Installation
Simply tap into cold water line, provide electrical connection and install
the water heater directly at the sink. Can be used alone to provide a small
volume of water or installed inline near the point-of-use with a larger hot
water source to eliminate the wait for hot water.

not possible, a suitable drain pan must be utilized as required by most plumbing codes.
