Proof Proofing dough Maintains the warm, non-drafty environment needed for

fan. Use for fresh or frozen pizza.

Probe Meat probe Use to determine the internal temperature of many foods,
especially meats and poultry during cooking.

Fast Preheat Fast preheat Fast preheat heats the oven quicker than standard preheat.

Sabbath Sabbath The Sabbath mode enables those of particular faiths to use
their ovens on the Sabbath.

Self Clean Pyrolytic self-cleaning The oven reaches a high temperature to burn off food soil.

The door is locked during self clean.
Oven Timer Oven timer The oven timer is a countdown timer which upon reaching
00:00 turns the oven off, stopping the current mode. The
oven timer is used to set how long a mode will run.

Kitchen Timer Kitchen timer The kitchen timer is a countdown timer that has no affect
on oven heating. The kitchen timer is used for general
kitchen timing needs.
