Convection
Convection cooking circulates hot air through the oven cavity with a fan. The
constantly moving air surrounds the food to heat the outer portion quickly, creating
even browning and sealed-in flavor by the constant motion of hot air over the food
surfaces. Convection cooking temperature ranges from 100 °F (38 °C) to 425 °F
(218 °C).
Note: Convection can not be combined with microwave cooking modes. For best
cooking results always use the convection rack.
The oven door and exterior will become hot during Convection. Please handle the
door carefully.
