Note: During convection cooking, the vent fan can automatically turn on at the
lowest speed setting to cool the oven components.
Example: to bake for 20 minutes at 150 °F without preheating:
Place convection rack and food in the oven and close door.
1. Press Convection twice. 150 °F appears in the display.
2. Press Cook Time pad.
3. Use the number pads to enter desired heating time (cook time may be set up to
99 minutes and 99 seconds).
4. Press START pad.
When convection baking has finished you will hear 5 beeps.
Touch STOP pad or open door.
