Operation
►
Plug in the appliance and place on a
level, heat-resistant surface. Slide button
1 must be at
L
.
►
Turn on with switch 2.Therstthree
LEDs will glow and the fourth will
ash.Thestandardtemperatureofthe
appliance is 160 °C.
►
As soon as the set temperature is
reached, the LEDs will glow continuously.
You can now start straightening your hair.
Setting the temperature
By pressing the + or – button you can
change the standard temperature in 20 °C
steps from approx.100 - 200 °C. The current
temperature is indicated by the glowing
LEDs. The LED of the set temperature
ashesuntilthistemperatureisreached.
If the temperature falls momentarily during
use, the appliance will heat back up again
(LEDashes).
Note: If you switch the appliance off and
then on again, the temperature defaults to
the factory setting (approx. 160 °C).
Automatic shut-off
This hair straightener has an automatic
shut-off safety feature. After approx. 60 min
-
utes the appliance automatically switches to
standby mode. Only the fourth LED glows.
Please read through the instructions
carefully and proceed accordingly; store
in a safe place!

physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance

Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
Use only if power cord and appliance show
no signs of damage.
Unplug after every use or if defective.
Repairs to the appliance, such as replacing
a damaged power cord, may only be carried
out by our customer service in order to
avoid risks.
The power cord should not
touch hot parts,
be pulled over sharp edges,
be used as a carrying handle.
The ceramic plates will heat up.
Hold the appliance only by its grip handles.
Do not use if hair is very wet.
Do not use on fake hair.
Avoid any skin contact.
Do not use near water
contained in bathtubs, sinks,
or in other containers.
! Danger
Never allow the appliance to touch water.
Even a switched off appliance poses a
danger; unplug the appliance after every
use or when interrupted during use.
Installing a ground fault circuit interrupter
up to 30 mA in the house offers additional
protection. Please consult an electrician.
