Opening the cable chamber.
Place the IndraControl VCH 08.1 on an even and clean sur‐
face with the display facing upwards so that the IndraControl
VCH 08.1 or its operating elements are not damaged (e.g.
ESD mat).
Use a sized 2 Philips screw driver to topen and close the cable
chamber.
Modifications in the cable chamber:
When
disconnecting the main connector (S22) please ensure
that the connector is disconnected by pulling at its core (do not
use any pointed devices).
When disconnecting the RJ-45 connectors (S11 or S4) please
make sure that you press the locking lever.
Fig.7-2:
In order to prevent functional interference, please ensure that when connecting
the S22 and S11/S4 connectors they are correctly locked in place.
Advice on closing the cable chamber:
The seal must be clean and intact and be situated at the cor‐
rect position in the cable chamber cover.
No cables may be clamped.
The cable chamber cover must be screwed on using all 6
screws (torque: 0.4 to 0.5 Nm). It is only in this way that an
adequate degree of protection can be guaranteeed.
