Information on the display panel
Display Cause/Remedy
è is lit The temperature is too high. Wait for the temperature to drop.
The water level is too high. It is not possible to add more laundry. Close the
door immediately if open. Press the A button to resume the programme.
è is flashing Laundry may be trapped. Open and close the door again and press the A
button.
If necessary, push the door closed or remove the trapped laundry and then
push it closed again.
If necessary, switch the appliance off and then on again; set a programme and
apply the settings you require; start the programme.
r is lit Turn on the cold water tap fully.
The supply hose is kinked/trapped. Correct the position of the hose.
The water pressure is too low. Clean the filter. ~ Page 40
E The childproof lock is activated – deactivate it.
ù is lit Only for programmes with automatic dosing activated:
The detergent drawer has not been pushed in fully. Push the detergent drawer
in fully.
The pump unit is not inserted. Insert the pump unit into the drawer lid.
w or M is flashing There is not enough detergent/softener in the w or M dispenser. Add more deter-
gent/softener into the relevant dispenser. ~ Page 33

The pump unit of the automatic dosing system is blocked. Switch off the appli-

The drain hose/drain pipe is blocked. Clean the drainage hose on the siphon.

the after-sales service.

Not a fault – the unbalanced load detection system has interrupted the spin cycle
because the laundry is unevenly distributed.
Distribute small and large items of laundry evenly in the drum. Run the spin cycle
again, if necessary.
Other indicators Switch off the appliance, wait for 5 seconds and then switch it back on. If this indi-
