Power Adapter for BSH Clothes Washers and Dryers Only.
NEMA 14-30P to 6-15R configuration.

READ CAREFULLY, FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
This power adapter can be plugged onto a 208/240V 60Hz NEMA 14-30 receptacle (4-prong). The adapter has two NEMA
6-15 receptacles (load side) that are intended only to supply electrical power to the BSH Clothes Washers and Dryers.
All load side circuits are individually protected with an internal fuse.
WARNING:
− Use only the BSH replacement fuse, part number 10013781, in this adapter.
− Only plug this adapter into a grounded NEMA 14-30 receptacle.
− DO NOT OPEN THE ADAPTER. DO NOT CHANGE OR MODIFY ANY PART OF THIS ADAPTER.
− Do not use the adapter if it is damaged.
− Do not use extension cords attached to either the line or load side of this adapter.
− Do not use the adapter when wet. Do not clean adapter with a damp or moist cloth or wipe.
− Use indoors and in dry locations only.
− To reduce risk of electrical shock disconnect adapter or appliance cords before servicing any appliances
connected to the adapter.
− Fully insert plugs into receptacles.
CAUTION:
− Ensu
re appliance’s power switch/button is in the off position before connecting or disconnecting adapter to
receptacle or appliance power cords to adapter.
− Risk of fire or electric shock. Do not use with appliances that block access to the outlet for disconnection.

− Line side: 208/240V, 60 Hz, 24A max.
− Load side: 208/240V, 12A max. per each outlet
Fuse Replacement:
- Disconnect the Power Adapter from the wall outlet.
- Remove fuse holder using a pointed tool as shown.
- Replace suspected bad fuse with a known good one.
USE ONLY THE BSH REPLACEMENT FUSE,
PART NUMBER 10013781.
- Reinstall the fuse and fuse holder in the Power Adapter
ensuring it snaps into place.
