Deactivating the background lighting function
You can light up the display so that you can see all display messages
clearly even in a dimly lit room. Since the background lighting uses
additional power, the battery life is shortened when background
lighting is used often. For this reason you have the option of
deactivating the background lighting.
1 Press numeric keys [1] and [9] at the same time for three
seconds.
– The background lighting function is deactivated; background
lighting cannot be switched on.
Activating the background lighting function
1 Press numeric keys [7] and [9] at the same time for three
seconds.
– The background lighting function is activated; background
lighting can be switched on.
