This section describes the System Settings. There are three parts – “Presets”,
“System Data” and “System Configuration”.
“Presets” allows you to view the preset patches, as described in section 9.
“System Data” allows you to edit the system settings for the GT-, as described in
section 19.
“System Configuration” allows you to keep up to 5 sets of system data. Normally,
you can leave this on Configuration 1. If you need to store several different
configurations (different global settings, or you have more than one of the same
type of GT-), then you can select the appropriate configuration here. Remember
to do this before transferring any new system data between GT Manager and the
GT-.
Select Rename configurations to give the
configurations a more meaningful name. The
current configuration is highlighted.
You will have to reset the GT- device ID etc on
the MIDI Connections screen for the different
configurations if you have multiple devices with
different IDs.
