• Carry your Temporary Patient Identification card (given to you by your healthcare
provider) throughout the trial.
The Trial Stimulator
To turn stimulation on or off, press the E button
on the stimulator or on the Remote Control.
When the stimulator is on, the indicator light will
blink.
CAUTION: Always turn the stimulator off before
connecting or disconnecting your lead(s).
Disconnecting the Trial Stimulator
The Trial Stimulator has connectors for both left
and right leads, and a third connector for a patch
electrode. Whether you have one or two leads,
your doctor probably placed identifying labels on
them before connecting them to matching plugs
