Bourns Announces Additional Manufacturing Site
Model SRF4530A Series Common Mode Chip Inductors
Riverside, California – June 5, 2020 – Effective immediately, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and possible
future public health / natural event emergencies, Bourns has established a new manufacturing site for the
Model SRF4530A Common Mode Chip Inductor series. The additional site, located in Taiwan, supplements the
existing manufacturing site in Malaysia and helps to mitigate the potential production interruption risk with
a single manufacturing site.
The additional manufacturing plant in Taiwan uses the same design and component materials that are used by the
existing manufacturing plant in Malaysia. However, the slight difference in manufacturing processes will result in
the following changes to form and function:
