8. Insert2.5”x10”cardboardbetweentheFlywheelandtheBrake

Magnet, and tape the cardboard to the Brake Magnet.

Note: Be sure the cardboard covers all of the Brake Magnet.

9. Pull back on the Brake Arm enough to clear the Motor Pulley Shaft.

Move it to the side and gently allow it to come to rest against the

cardboardontheywheel.

10. Loosen and remove the Brake Magnet Hardware that attaches the

Brake Assembly to the Main Frame Bracket.

NOTICE: Hold the Brake Assembly so that it does not fall.

Do not crimp the cables

11. Remove the Brake Assembly, and then the cardboard. Discard the old

Brake Assembly.
