Make sure you are using a
Bluetooth
®
Heart Rate (HR)
Strap. Follow the manufactur-
er’s instructions for use.
Be sure that BLE HR is
enabled in the User
Settings on the Console.
Push and hold down the
“User” button to access the
setting.
Make sure that the Strap is
turned on and fully charged.
The Console will connect
automatically when the Strap
is within range.
Contact the HR Strap
manufacturer for assistance.
Make sure the machine has the
latest firmware by using the
Bowflex™ Max Intelligence™
app.
