Attach the Preacher Curl Mount (#5) to the Base Plate using the hardware shown in Figure 1. �� Figure 1 Tighten hardware completely.

Make sure that the Base Support feet are pointing away from the base assembly.

As you peel each pair of dots from the paper backing, place one dot on the accessory and the other on its holder on the rack. See Figure 7.
