Before You Assemble
Select where you are going to locate your
BowFlex Elite™ Plus home gym carefully. The
best place for your BowFlex Elite™ Plus home
gym is on a hard, level surface. Assemble
your BowFlex Elite™ Plus home gym in the
location where you intend to use it, as the
BowFlex Elite™ Plus home gym does not go
through doors easily once fully assembled.
Allow a workout area of at least 8’4” x 6’6”
(2.6m x 2.0m) of free space for safe operation
of the BowFlex
Elite™ Plus
home gym.
