bench with each hand.
• Relaxtheneck.
• Tightenyourabsandslowlyextend
your hips and knees.
• Moveyourlegsawayfromyou
keeping them parallel to the floor.
• Keepyourbackflatagainstthe
bench for the entire movement.
• Slowlyreversetheactionandreturn
to the starting position without
relaxing.
