2.PushSTOPtopausetheworkout.Thebeltswillslowtoacompletestop.
3.Torestartyourworkout,pushtheENTERbutton.Toendyourworkout,pressSTOPagain.The
Consolewilldisplayyourresultsandrecordthemifyouarearegistereduser.
