You can access the SIM trays from the exterior of the device. Do not attempt to remove the battery cover. You will find the SIM key inside the box containing your device. Make sure the device is switched off first, then insert it into the SIM slot and extract the tray. Place your SIM card into the tray.

To insert a MicroSD card, follow these steps: Insert the point of the SIM key into the orifice of the MicroSD slot.
