4. Also at the Firing Rate screen, set the Fan Speed to Maximum as shown in the image below.
5. Provide a call for heat to the TT-1 terminals (terminal 37 and 38) and allow the system to transition to run
mode.
6. Once in run mode and ring at 100%, see image below, using a combustion analyzer, adjust the high re
adjustment screw on the main gas valve to obtain the correct CO2 measurement shown in Table 23. If the
CO2 measurement is high, consult the factory for assistance.
7. While running at the full ring rate, ensure the gas fuel pressure at the inlet to the boiler is equal to or greater
than 4” w.c. If the gas pressure is greater than 14” w.c., turn o the main shut-o gas valve upstream of the
boiler and, as necessary, adjust or replace the fuel regulating components.
8. Once CO2 at high re is properly adjusted, navigate to the Firing Rate screen and set the Fan Speed to
Minimum as show in the image below.
