To change the Maximum Setpoint Limit (Max Setpoint) for the temperature setpoint:
Step 1: In service mode press the “Select” button until “Max Setpoint” is displayed.

No current error codes
Setting the water temperature to the maximum set point can result in scalding hot water delivered to the
faucets. It is highly recommended that the maximum setpoint be adjusted to the lowest temperature possible
for the needs of the installation. See following section to change the maximum setpoint limit (max setpoint).
Make sure the w ater heater control display is not in a public area that can result in the temperature settings
being improperly adjusted. See previous warning on scalds and an ASSE approved mixing valve.
