LOCATING THE DISPENSER
Your Asept-O-Flo Dispenser was designed for mounting above
or on either side of your sink, or inside of a cabinet next to your
sink. Regardless of the position selected for mounting, be sure
adequate room is provided to allow for convenient removal of
the globe and for removal of the dispenser from the attachment
bracket.
NOTE: The attachment bracket must be mounted with the
narrow end pointing up.
FASTENER MOUNTING
Two screws are provided with your Asept-O-Flo Dispenser.
• Forinstallationonawoodwall,drilla¹⁄₈" hole and use the
screws provided.
• Formasonrywalluse³⁄₁₆" masonry drill and insert a #10 x
1" Ramplug or other similar anchor.
• Forhollowwallsusetoggleboltsorsimilarwallanchors
(available locally).
• Formetalwallsuseeithersheetmetalscrews(#10)orif
accessible from behind use 10-32 machine screws, lock
washers and nuts.
ASSEMBLING THE DISPENSER
1. Connect one end of the vinyl air hose to the hose fitting on
the dispenser housing and the other end to the foot pedal
pump. Moisten both fittings so the hose slides on more
easily.
2. Slide the dispenser housing onto the attachment bracket.
Line up the locking screws on bracket and tighten down.
This will lock the dispenser into position and deter
unauthorized removal.
3. Fill the globe not higher than 1" from its top with soap,
detergent, lotion, or other liquid to be dispensed, and screw
it firmly into the threaded part of the dispenser housing.
Step on the foot pedal pump to dispense fluid.
RECOMMENDED CLEANING & DISINFECTING METHODS
To clean the dispenser housing and globe, place in a soapy hot
water solution and scrub with a brush. Push the bristles of the
brush into the end of the spout, then run hot water through it
from the check valve end to remove any dried materal.
To disinfect, soak the housing and spout in either alcohol or a
2% phenolic germicide solution for 15 minutes.
NOTE: The linear polyethylene globe may be boiled or
autoclaved at 15 PSI for 30 minutes.
