Brady offers Assist Base, Assist Field and Assist Custom service contracts which include priority assistance for 1, 3 or
5 years to guarantee continued support and the ultimate printer reliability, even in demanding working environments.
These agreements also include many great extras versus our free, standard 2 year warranty, such as:
spare parts, a solution within 2 business days, free annual preventative maintenance, repair transportation costs,
