This warranty, as it applies to the non-stick finish on the cookware, covers de-lamination, peel off and wear off only. This warranty does not cover scratches, stains or discoloration caused by negligence, misuse or abuse. We strongly recommend the use of plastic or wooden utensils with non-stick cookware.
