Courtesy Beep Delay Timer:

This timer specifies the minimum time between when a reciever unkeys and when its courtesy beep

will be sent out connected repeater ports. The courtesy beep can also be delayed by other tones in

the tone queues and the synthesized voice.

- This timer is programmed in 10mS increments from 001-9999

- If a timer value of 000 is entered, the transmitter will hang on the air forever.
