LAMP ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

This portable luminaire has a polarized plug (one blade

is wider than the other), as a safety feature to reduce

the risk of electric shock. This plug will ﬁ t in a polarized

outlet only one way. If it does not ﬁ t fully in the outlet,

reverse the plug. If it still does not ﬁ t, contact a

qualiﬁ ed electrician. Never use with an extension cord

unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the

plug.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Note: Before you begin, separate all parts and

compare them to the illustration to ensure a complete

assembly. Hardware is packaged within Styrofoam

inserts

1. Pull cord through lamp base to tighten stem

connections, make sure the screw nut at the

bottom of the lamp is tightened.

2. Thread neck onto lamp body.

3. Insert harp into saddle.

4. Put shade onto harp.

5. Screw ﬁ nial onto harp to ﬁ x shade tightly.

6. Install light bulb into socket (bulb not included).

*Unplug lamp before servicing bulb.

Indoor use only. Dust with feather duster.
