INSTRUCTION FOR SAFE OPERATION

FURNITURE PRODUCTION

1. The usage of the furniture production released in circulation has to be carried out to

destination furniture products, specified in marking of the instruction for assembly,

operation and leaving.

2. The furniture production delivered in unassembled form has to gather the

specialist in assembly on equal (leveled on level) surfaces according to the instruction for

the assembly including the completing sheet and the scheme of installation enclosed by

the manufacturer.

3.At operation of furniture production it is necessary to exclude hit of water and

other liquids on elements of the products of furniture adjoining to a floor. At installation of

sinks, sinks and furniture products for kitchens, bathrooms their waterproofing in places of

contact with the surface of the case of furniture has to be provided.

4. At installation of products of furniture in close proximity to heating and heating

devices of their surface during operation have to be protected from heating. Temperature

of heating of elements of furniture shouldn't exceed +40 0C.

5. In use products it is necessary to clamp periodically weakened bolt and screw

connections.

6. In case of need movements of a product on the apartment before his shift it is

necessary to exempt it from freight completely. In order to avoid breakage of the available

support to make movement, raising products over floor level. It is recommended to take

out drawers and regiments before shift.

7.Removal of dust from a product should be made slightly wet or special dry towel

wipes without use of special cleaners.

8. In order to avoid buckling of details and change of color of a product it is

necessary to avoid installation of furniture on direct sunshine.

9. Furniture is recommended to be operated in rooms at a temperature not below

+2 of 0C and relative humidity of 45-70%.

10. Static vertical loading isn't allowed (especially with application of effort in one

point): on a bottom of boxes – more than 5 kg; on shelves of cases, racks – more than 10

kg. Normal effort of open doors – up to 5 kg, effort of drawers up to 5 kg. Load of glass

regiments shouldn't exceed 2,5 kg.

11. It is forbidden to put hot objects on all covers and horizontal surfaces of

products.
