Pedestal Assembly – Freestanding Model
NOTE: The W3100FS wood stove is heavy. Be prepared to handle the weight to avoid damage or injury.
Wearingglovesduringinstallationisrecommended.
1. Carefullylaythestoveonitsbackoncarpetorother
materialthatwillpreventdamagetothefinish.
2. Align the mounting tabs on
the pedestal with the
mounting holes in the bottom of the stove making
sure that the rectangular outside air opening in the
bottomrearofthepedestalisfacingthebackofthe
stove. Using the four 3/8” x 1” bolts with washers
firmlytightenthepedestaltothestove.

Carefullystandthestovebackup.If thestoveisnot
centered on the pedestal, loosen the bolts (do not
fullyremove),realignthestove,andfirmlyretighten
thebolts.
NOTE:Forunitswiththepedestalonly(noashpanorwood
storage),thestovewillhavetobe
liftedstraightupforped estal
installation.Donotplacetheunitonitssideorface.
Leg Assembly – Freestanding Model

Wearingglovesduringinstallationisrecommended.
1. Carefully lay the stove on its back on carpet or other
materialthatwillpreventdamagetothefinish.
2. Partially insert and tighten the
3/8” x 1” bolts and
washerintothemountingholesonthebottomofthe
stove.Align the mounting tabs on the legs with the
partially inserted bolts in the bottom of the stove
makingsurethatthewasherisonthebottomportion
ofthelegslot.Alignthelegs
andtightenbolts.
3. Carefullystandthestovebackup.
4. The legs do have3/8”carriage bolts in thebottomin
ordertolevelthestove.
