Outside Air Kit – FS Leg Units

1. InstallUpperFreshAirChambertothebottomofthe
stoveusingthetwo¼‐20x1”boltswithwashersas
showninFigureA.
2. Makingsurethatallminimumclearancesaremet,
positionthestoveonthefloorprotection.
3. Insert
theRectangularAirChamberthroughtheholein
theUpperFreshAirChamberandallowittodropdown
untilitcomesintocontactwiththehearthpad.You
mayneedtoslightlyliftthebackofthestoveto
accomplishthis.
4. Usingafeltpendrawalinearound
theairchamber
baseonthehearthpad.
5. Removethestovefromthehearthpadandcutahole
justinsideofthelinethatpenetratesthehearthpad
andfloor.
6. Removethehearthpadandcuta4‐1/2”holecenteredaroundthe
squarehole.
7. Make
four1½”cutsinoneendyouroutsideairpipe(4”IDflexpipeorequivalent‐purchased
separatelyfromretailer)andfoldouttomakeflaps.Insertthetubethrou ghthehole,coveritwitha
screen,andsealtothefloor.
8. Repositionthehearthpadandthestove
sothattheRectangularAirChamberisalignedwithholeinthe
hearthpad.
9. SecuretheRectangularAirChambertotheUpperFreshAirChamberwiththescrewprovided.

stoveusingthetwo
¼‐20x1”boltswithwashersas
showninFigureA.
2. Makingsurethatallminimumclearancesaremet,
positionthestoveonthefloorprotection.
3. InserttheRectangularAirChamberthroughthehol ein
theUpperFreshAirChamberandallowittodropdown
until
itcomesintocontactwiththehearthpad.Youmay
needtoslightlyliftthebackofthestovetoaccomplish
this.Thisnormallycomespre‐assembled.However,if
youreceiveonethatneedsassemblyjustfollowthe
diagramshowninFigureB.
4. Secure the Rectangular Air Chamber to the
Upper Fresh
AirChamberwiththescrewprovided.
5. Attach your outside air pipe (3” ID flex pipe or equivalent‐purchased separately from retailer) to the
adaptorinasecuremannerasprovidedbythekitmanufacturer.
6. Followremainderofoutsideairkitmanufacturer’sinstructions.
