stove.Keepallsuchliquidswellawayfrom
thestovewhileinuse.
Donotthrowthismanualaway.Thismanual
has important operating and maintenance
instructionsthatyouwillneedatalatertime.
Always follow the instructions in this manual
andpleasereadthemanualthoroughly.

Contactmaycauseskinburns.Educateall
childrenofthedangerofahightemperature
stove.Youngchildrenshouldbesupervised
whentheyareinthesameroomasthestove.
Do not place clothing or other flammable
itemsonornearthestove.
Donottrytorepairorreplaceanypartofthe
stoveunlessinstructionsaregiveninthis
manual.Allotherworkshouldbeperformed
byatrainedtechnician.
Theviewingdoor must beclosed and latched
duringnormaloperation.
Neverblockfreeairflowthroughtheopen
ventsofthestove.
Ifatanytimethestoveorchimneyglowsred,
you are over firing your stove!This is
dangerousandmayresultinpropertydamage
orbodilyinjury.
Contact your local building officials to obtain
a permit and information on any installation
restrictions or inspection requirements in
your area. Notify your insurance company of
thisstoveaswell.
The exhaust system must be completely
airtightandproperlyinstalled.
This unit must be properly installed to
prevent the possibility of a house fire. The
instructions must be strictly adhered to. Do
notusemakeshiftmethodsorcompromisein
theinstallation.
Allow the stove to cool before carrying out
any maintenance or cleaning. Ashes must be
disposed in a metal container with a tight lid
andplacedonanon ‐combustiblesurfacewell
awayfromthehomestructure.
Your stove requires periodic maintenance
and cleaning. Failure to maintain your stove
may lead to smoke spillage in your home, or
evenamoredangeroussituation.
When installed in a mobile home, the stove
must be bolted to the floor, have outside air
connected (see page 10), and NOT BE
INSTALLED IN A BEDROOM (Per H.U.D.
requirements). Check with local building
officials.
This stove must be connected to a standard
120V.,60Hzgroundedelectricaloutletwhen
using the optional blower kit. Do not use an
adapterplugorseverthe groundingplug.Do
not route the electrical cord underneath, in
frontof,oroverthestove.
The exhaust system should be checked
regularly.Itisrecommendedthattheexhaust
system be inspected, as a minimum, at least
twice a year for any accumulation of soot or
creosote.
Use only dry seasoned wood no longer than
18”.Thedryerthewoodthebetterforclean
and efficient burns.Combustion chamber is
16”fronttobackand18”sidetoside.
